Logic level
Also: digital voltage level
A voltage range interpreted as a digital low or high.
Compatibility requires sender output guarantees, receiver thresholds, supply/reference agreement, and absolute-maximum limits under load.
Example A 3.3 V high may be valid for one 5 V input family but not another.
Common misconception “Digital” does not mean any high voltage is safe or exactly equal to the supply.
