Acceptance test
Also: acceptance check
A test with predefined pass criteria deciding whether a requirement is met for a stated configuration.
The procedure records setup, revision, instruments, conditions, actual results, deviations, and evidence linked to the requirement.
Example Five restrained-wheel command-loss trials must each stop output within 150 ms.
Common misconception Passing one acceptance condition is not general product certification.
